To welcome new colleagues, demonstrate corporate humanoriented care, boost team integration and strengthen collaborative cohesion, our company organized an outdoor teambuilding event for all onthejob employees on September 5, 2026. Some colleagues also brought family members to visit Dazeshan Vineyard and Chashan Scenic Area in Pingdu for a delightful autumn journey blending fruit fragrance and natural landscapes.

At 8:30 in the morning, all participants gathered in front of the company building and set off for the destination by chartered tourist bus. Upon arrival, everyone enjoyed a hearty group lunch. Colleagues sat around tables, chatting about work and daily life in a warm and cheerful atmosphere.

After lunch, the group headed for Dazeshan Vineyard. Lush vines hung heavy with plump grapes, filling the orchard with rich fruity aroma. Wandering under grape trellises, colleagues enjoyed the picking experience and shared interesting stories of daily life. New and longterm employees drew closer amid the relaxed pastoral atmosphere, with cheerful laughter echoing across the orchard.

At 14:30 in the afternoon, the team set off for Chashan Scenic Area. Everyone wandered among green hills, climbed up for panoramic mountain views. During the hike, colleagues looked out for one another and offered encouragement, relieving daily work pressure while building perseverance. At 16:30, the whole group assembled at the scenic area gate and started the return trip.

This activity fully reflects our peoplefirst corporate culture, combining pastoral leisure with mountain hiking. Stepping away from busy desks and embracing nature, employees eased mental fatigue, bridged departmental gaps and deepened mutual understanding and trust. Though the mountainandfruitthemed gathering was brief, solid team spirit has been fostered. Going forward, all staff will translate the warmth and cohesion gained from this teambuilding into motivation for work, unite as one and forge ahead toward new milestones of company development.
